Assessment Tasks

Copy and paste from the following data to produce each assessment task. Write these in plain English and spell out how, when and where the task is to be carried out, under what conditions, and what resources are needed. Include guidelines about how well the candidate has to perform a task for it to be judged satisfactory.
Copy and paste from the following performance criteria to create an observation checklist for each task. When you have finished writing your assessment tool every one of these must have been addressed, preferably several times in a variety of contexts. To ensure this occurs download the assessment matrix for the unit; enter each assessment task as a column header and place check marks against each performance criteria that task addresses.

Determine potential barriers to changes and possible solutions 
Determine any other factors relevant to evaluation and prioritisation of changes 
Determine likely requirements for internal and external support to implement changes 
Estimate direct and indirect costs and benefits of short-listed options 
Estimate sustainability costs and benefits of short-listed options 
Develop information on short-listed options using language and style suitable for leadership stakeholders 
Develop rationale relevant to organisation to champion circularity 
Seek guidance and/or assistance from internal and/or external specialists to facilitate adoption of circularity by leadership team 
Facilitate communications with leadership team to provide information, resolve issues and promote strategic engagement with circularity 
Present information on short-listed options to leadership team and facilitate processes to resolve any issues 
Facilitate processes with leadership team to determine changes to organisation’s strategic direction and/or operations to improve circularity 
Oversee incorporation of changes into organisation’s strategic documentation and communications
